PAUL JOSEPH, PRINCIPAL
A native Austinite, Paul has 30 years of real estate experience in the Austin area. Paul spent his youth working in his family’s restaurant, El Patio, on Guadalupe Street next to the University of Texas. He earned his undergraduate degree from St. Edward’s University and has spent his professional career working in commercial real estate and development in Austin.
In his 30 year real estate career, Paul has worked for The Kucera Company, USAA Realty Company, and most recently for The DuPont Group. No one knows the Austin real estate market better, and no one is better equipped to guide your real estate investments than Austin Private Funding.
